Why this exists

Six weeks in, nobody can remember what they actually did.

You started the cycle with a plan. Then a dose moved by a day, a week got busy, sleep went sideways for a stretch, and something else changed at the same time. By the end you have an impression — it seemed to help, or it did not — and no way to say which part was responsible.

That impression is what most people use to design their next cycle. It is the weakest possible input. Two months of effort and expense produce a feeling, and the feeling then gets repeated or abandoned on no evidence at all.

The Tracker turns the cycle into a record you can actually read afterwards. The same fields, the same scale, every day, so that at the end of a week the pattern is on the page rather than in your head — and so the next cycle is a decision instead of a guess.

The idea it’s built on

Readiness first. It decides whether the signal lands.

Sleep, stress, hydration, nutrition, inflammation and training load all determine whether your system can respond to anything you give it. Dose into a body that is not in a position to answer and you have not just wasted the input — you have produced a result you cannot interpret, which is worse, because it goes into your notes as evidence.

So every day starts with a readiness score, and the score sets the ceiling for the day:

8–10Full deployment
5–7Moderate
1–4Recovery mode

Protect readiness first. Better readiness makes every later signal more interpretable — which is the whole point of writing any of it down.

What’s on a page

One week per spread. Seven blocks, plus a full notes page.

Every one of the fifty-two spreads is identical, which is the point — the same fields in the same places is what makes week eleven comparable to week three.

Daily systems baseline

Eight measures scored 1–10, every day of the week.

System readiness

The banded version — hydration, nutrition, inflammation and training load rated on a short scale, then energy, clarity and stress scored out of ten to produce the day’s readiness figure.

Stack design

Adaptation & tracking

Did it do what it was meant to — yes, partly, or no. And if not, which of four causes it was: readiness, timing, overlap and saturation, or a lifestyle mismatch. This is the field that stops a protocol being abandoned for the wrong reason.

Weekly review & adapt

What worked, what did not, when performance peaked, and the patterns you are starting to see. Four prompts, answered once a week.

Weekly use log

A category-by-day grid across the five groups, so a whole week’s loading is visible at a glance and redundancy shows up on its own.

A full notes page

Every spread has one, facing the log — for product traceability, batch and source details, response notes and anything the fields do not have a box for.

The operating guide

Nine sections at the front. Each one has its own visual.

The logs are the back half. The front half teaches the system they belong to — each section paired with a full-page infographic you can read in one sitting and apply to a single real decision before adding any complexity.

Who it’s for

You’ll get the most out of this if…

  • You are about to start a cycle and want a record of it that will still mean something in three months.
  • You have run protocols before and cannot say with any confidence what worked.
  • You are running more than one compound and need to see which is doing the work.
  • You keep changing things one week and forgetting by the next that you changed them.
  • You want to stop paying for inputs your body was in no position to use.

It is a logging and decision framework. It does not tell you what to take or how much, and it is not a substitute for medical care.

Included with your copy

Free unlimited access to the Protocol Builder — a $9.99 value. Unlimited runs, and the ability to save the PDFs it generates for your records. Design the protocol in the Builder, then track and validate it here. Your access code is printed inside.

Questions.

Do I need any of the books to use it?

No. The Tracker carries its own nine-section guide, so the system it runs on is explained from scratch inside it. The books go deeper on which compounds do what and why — but the Tracker works on whatever protocol you are already running, including one you were given elsewhere.

Is it a full year?

Yes — fifty-two weekly spreads, each with its own facing notes page. If you run shorter cycles with breaks between them, that is several cycles’ worth rather than twelve straight months.

Do I have to write in the book?

Not if you buy the PDF. It is 8.5 by 11, so you can print the weekly spread as many times as you want and keep the original clean, or print a few weeks at a time. The printed edition is a physical workbook meant to be written in.

What is the readiness score for?

It decides how hard to push on a given day. Eight to ten is full deployment, five to seven is moderate, one to four is recovery mode. The reasoning is that a body under-slept, under-hydrated or inflamed cannot respond properly to an input, so dosing into that state does not just waste the dose — it produces a result you cannot interpret afterwards.

What does the unlimited Protocol Builder access include?

Unlimited runs of the Protocol Builder and the ability to save the PDFs it generates, which is a $9.99 value on its own. The access code is printed inside the Tracker, on the reader bonus page near the front.

What formats is it available in?

Instant PDF download direct from the publisher for $14.99. The printed 8.5 by 11 workbook is returning through bookshops, libraries and international wholesalers.
