What we can help with
Corrections
A figure that does not match its source, a compound described inaccurately, or a claim that has been superseded. Point us at the source if you have it. These go to the front of the queue.
The tools
Something in the Protocol Builder or the Dose Calculator behaving oddly, or a compound you expected to find and did not. Tell us what you entered and what you saw.
Purchases and access
Trouble with an unlock code, a download, or a receipt. Include the email you bought with so we can find the order. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from.
Press and permissions
Interviews, quoting the framework, or requests to reproduce material. Say what you want to use and where it will appear.
What we cannot help with
We cannot answer questions about your own health, or tell you what you personally should take. NuTide Paradigm holds no medical or clinical credentials. That conversation belongs with a qualified healthcare professional who can actually examine you and knows your history.
This is not us being unhelpful. A dosing answer given by email to a stranger, with no examination and no knowledge of what else they are taking, would be worth less than nothing. Everything we publish is educational, and it stays that way in our replies too.
We also do not sell peptides, recommend suppliers, or advise on sourcing, so please do not ask where to buy. We take no commission on any compound mentioned anywhere on this site, and we intend to keep it that way.
