The Peptide Protocol Builder
Tell it what you are working on in plain English. It maps your situation to how the compounds actually work, and hands back a structured protocol with the reasoning behind every choice.
Why it starts with your body, not a compound
Almost everyone approaches peptides the same way. You hear a name, you search it, and you try to work out from a dozen contradictory forum posts whether it applies to you. Then you hear a second name and start again.
That approach runs into two walls quickly.
The first is that compounds do not map to goals. They act on pathways. The same compound turns up under fat loss, under recovery and under longevity, not because it is a cure-all but because the pathway it touches is involved in all three. Searching goal-first gives you a list that looks like consensus and is really just overlap.
The second is redundancy. Two compounds with completely different names very often do the same job through the same mechanism. Stack them and you have not doubled the effect — you have doubled the cost and the side-effect surface for very little extra benefit. This is the single most common mistake in self-directed protocols, and it is invisible unless you are thinking in systems.
The Targeted Peptide Systems framework runs the other way round. Start with the system under strain. Identify the pathway that governs it. Only then ask which compounds act on that pathway. Compound selection is the last step, not the first.
The Builder is that framework in tool form. You describe what is going on in ordinary language; it does the systems thinking and shows you its reasoning, so you can disagree with it.
How it works
Four short steps. No jargon required at any point, and nothing to sign up for.
About you
Sex, age, body weight, experience level and body type — the context that changes what actually suits you rather than what suits an average.
What is going on
Tick plain-language concerns like “carrying extra weight” or “joint injury.” The Builder translates those into pathways so you do not have to.
What you are already on
Optional. Name anything you are currently running and it works around it, rather than handing you a second compound doing the same job.
Your cycle
Duration and phase — foundation, build, consolidation or maintenance. This shapes the sequencing and timing language.
The six systems it works across
You tick concerns in plain English. Behind them sit six systems, and most real situations touch more than one — which is exactly where compound-first searching falls apart.
Body & Metabolic
Carrying extra weight, blood sugar and insulin resistance, stubborn fat and plateaus, appetite and food noise, mitochondrial function.
Injury & Recovery
Joint and tendon injury, slow muscle recovery, gut and digestive issues, post-surgical and wound healing.
Performance & Growth
Building muscle and strength, athletic performance, and growth-hormone support for aging.
Brain & Mood
Focus and mental clarity, memory and cognitive decline, anxiety and stress, low mood, and poor sleep.
Longevity & Vitality
Low energy and fatigue, general longevity and aging, libido and hormonal concerns, bone density.
Immune & Inflammation
Weak or over-reactive immune response, and chronic low-grade inflammation.
What you get back
Not a list of names. A structured brief you could hand to a clinician and have a sensible conversation about.
- A tailored starting protocol built from your systems, your experience level and your body type — not a generic template.
- A recommended pairing, with the reason those two work together rather than duplicating each other.
- Sequencing guidance — what to establish first and what to layer in later, because order matters more than most protocols admit.
- Safety checks and conflict flags, including anything that clashes with what you told it you are already running.
- A complete protocol brief you can save or print and take away.
It shows its work
Every recommendation comes with the reasoning attached. That is deliberate. A tool that hands you a list of compounds and no explanation is asking you to trust it blindly, and blind trust is the wrong posture for anything you are going to put in your body. If the logic does not hold up for your situation, you should be able to see that and discard it.
Two things most builders get wrong
It works around what you are already taking
Step 3 lets you enter anything you are currently running, from a library of over fifty compounds. The Builder then avoids handing you something that duplicates a job already being done. Most tools ignore this entirely and quietly recommend you stack two compounds acting on the same mechanism — which is how people end up spending more and feeling worse.
It is honest about the evidence
An evidence preference setting lets you sit anywhere between Established (the longest clinical track record) and Newer (open to emerging compounds), with Balanced in between.
This changes what the Builder suggests first. It never changes what you are allowed to pick. The point is not to hide options from you — it is to stop a compound with three years of data and a compound with thirty being presented as though they carry the same weight.
Many compounds referenced in the framework are research peptides that are not approved for the uses discussed. The Builder says so, every time, rather than burying it in a footer.
Free, with an optional upgrade
The full protocol logic is free. The book’s dosing ranges are the paid add-on.
The Builder
- Full systems-based protocol logic
- Tailored to your experience & body type
- Recommended compound pairing
- Sequencing guidance and safety checks
- Conflict checks against what you already take
- Complete protocol brief you can save or print
Dosing Upgrade
- The book’s dosing ranges for every compound
- Low / Moderate / High tiers, clearly labelled
- A suggested starting tier for your experience level
- Route and frequency for each compound
- Dosing carried into your final protocol brief
What the Builder will not do
Worth stating plainly, because a tool that pretends to no limits is a tool you should not trust.
- It will not diagnose anything. It works from what you tell it, and it has no way to know whether what you are describing is the actual problem.
- It cannot tell you a compound is safe for you. It does not know your bloodwork, your medications, your conditions or your history — and those are precisely what determine safety.
- It is not a substitute for a clinician. It is a structured starting point for that conversation, which is a genuinely useful thing to walk in holding.
- It will not tell you where to buy anything. We do not sell peptides, recommend suppliers, or take commission on any compound mentioned anywhere on this site.
Common questions
No. The full protocol logic — systems, pairings, sequencing and safety checks — is free and needs nothing from you. The book supplies the dosing ranges, and the Builder tells you exactly which compounds to look up if you already own it.
Because the dosing ranges are the part that took the most work to compile and are the reason the books exist. Everything upstream of dosing — the part that decides whether a compound belongs in your protocol at all — is free, and that is the part most people get wrong.
Yes, and you should. Step 3 exists for exactly that. Enter what you are on and the Builder works around it instead of stacking a duplicate on top.
No. Your answers are processed in your own browser to build the protocol. They are not stored on a server and they are not attached to your identity. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
Pick the closest match, or several. The concerns are entry points into systems rather than a diagnostic checklist, so neighbouring options usually route to the same place.
Yes. It is built to run on any screen, and it can be installed to your home screen like an app so you can open it without going through a browser.
That is the other tool. The reconstitution and dose calculator converts a vial and a dose into an exact fill line on your syringe.
