About Targeted Peptide Systems
Targeted Peptide Systems is an independent publishing project that maps peptides to the body’s signalling systems, so they can be understood as protocols rather than as a list of disconnected compounds. It is made up of a book series, a compound library, and two free tools.
Why this exists
The peptide information available online is scattered and, more often than not, contradictory. The same compound is described three different ways on three different pages. Dosing figures appear with no indication of where they came from. Forum threads, supplier marketing and genuine clinical research all sit side by side, formatted identically, with nothing to tell you which is which.
Targeted Peptide Systems was built to be the coherent version. One framework, one vocabulary, one set of numbers that agree with each other — so that a reader can follow a line of reasoning from a goal, to a system, to a compound, and see why each step follows from the last.
Who is behind it
NuTide Paradigm is a small independent publisher. The framework, the books, the compound database and both tools are researched, written and built in-house, and everything published under the Targeted Peptide Systems name comes from the same source.
The work is grounded in two things: close reading of the published research — clinical trial data, peer-reviewed studies, and regulatory filings — and ongoing conversation with the people who actually read the books and use the tools. The second part matters more than it sounds. A great deal of what is now in the framework exists because a reader asked a question that the framework could not yet answer.
What we are not
We are not doctors, and this is not a clinic. NuTide Paradigm holds no medical or clinical credentials, offers no diagnosis or treatment, and has no doctor-patient relationship with any reader. Everything published here is educational.
We say this plainly because in this subject the omission would be the dishonest part. Many of the compounds discussed are research peptides that are not approved for human use, and some have no established human dose at all. Where that is the case, the books and the tools say so on the compound itself rather than burying it in a disclaimer. Anything you read here should be checked against a qualified healthcare professional before you act on it.
We also do not sell peptides, recommend suppliers, or take affiliate commission on any compound mentioned. The only things sold here are the books and the tools. That is deliberate: the moment a framework has a financial stake in which compound you choose, it stops being a framework.
How the information is kept consistent
Every compound in the framework lives in a single database. The compound library on this site is generated directly from that database, and so is the Protocol Builder. Neither is written by hand.
This is a deliberate design choice rather than a technical detail. It means the site and the tools cannot drift apart and start describing the same compound two different ways — when a compound is corrected or added, both update from the same source. It is the same reason the books, the library and the Builder use one shared vocabulary for experience levels and system categories instead of three overlapping ones.
Corrections
This is a field that moves. Compounds move through trials, dosing ranges are revised, and things that looked settled turn out not to be. When something in the framework is wrong or has been overtaken, we would rather fix it than defend it.
If you have found an error — a figure that does not match the source, a compound described inaccurately, or a claim that has since been superseded — please tell us, and point us at the source if you have it. Corrections are made to the database, which means they reach the site, the tools and future editions of the books together.
The tools
Both tools are free and require no sign-up. The Protocol Builder takes your goals and builds a structured protocol from the framework, showing the reasoning behind every choice and flagging the compounds that conflict with one another. The Peptide Dose Calculator handles reconstitution and dosing arithmetic, turning a vial, a volume of water and a target dose into a syringe draw in units.
They exist because the arithmetic and the interaction rules are where most avoidable mistakes happen, and neither should be behind a paywall.
